Synergy informatics Ltd is a knowledge based organization established to provide information and technology (IT) services to the medical industry. The organization develops solutions that support processes in the healthcare sector ranging from medical practice to medical education and research.

At Synergy informatics, we harness skills from the two worlds of medicine and information technology. Our staff comprise IT professionals, medical practitioners, medical informaticians, clinical epidemiologists and statisticians with broad international experience. We promote interdisciplinary approach to using information in solving day to day medical challenges and to create new frontiers in medical practice.

INTEGRATED CPD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We developed the integrated CPD management System (iCMS®) for the National
CPD Program in partnership with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board
(KMPDB) . The iCMS® is an enterprise software with both web and mobile
functionalities that support management of CPD providers and medical practitioners.
Additional functionality include online processing of doctor registration.

Point of Care Log – an online clinical research tool
The Point of care log system is a research tool that is used by the health care
practitioners to record the unique cases they meet during their practice. It’s a cloud
based system accessed from both the Web and mobile platform.
Mobile Integrated Community
Case Management (M-iCCM)

M-iCCM – is a mobile based data collection tool– The tool
has a phone application which data is collected and submitted
to a central server via internet for aggregation and report generation.
This is developed for KEMRI –RCTP and is used for monitoring
pneumonia cases among children in Homabay county’s six sub-county
units and tracking commodity supplies.
PITH MOROMO

Pith Moromo – Mobile data collection tool– Its a system
used by the Division of Nutritional Sciences of Cornell University (USA) in
collaboration with KEMRI to research on nutrition and well being of
pregnant mothers and children. It’s a cloud based system accessed from
both the Web and mobile platform.
